DEVELOPMENT OF A METHODOLOGY FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND TOWN-PLANNING DYNAMICS PROVIDING RECONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES

Abstract: The article is devoted to the solution of pressing problems connected with the architectural and town-planning dynamics that provides reconstruction of residential and public buildings and structures, taking into account possible methods, approaches and assumptions that allow this process to be considered in a comprehensive manner. A methodology is proposed for the implementation of design and research works based on the application of the latest scientific views, conditions and principles reflecting the fundamental values of architectural and urban dynamics, its formation, improvement and transformation during reconstruction. An algorithm has been determined that allows architectural and town-planning dynamics of buildings and structures that are involved in reconstruction to be considered both from a theoretical point of view and in conditions of practical implementation.
